As a newly appointed Distributor you will receive inter alia the following support and benefits:

> A supply of branded merchandise to the distributor with product samples, etc for a
complete showroom
> Sales and technical training
> Continuous sales opportunities regardless of area or time of year
> Management support through initial training

The following requirements apply for Distributorship:
> Commercial/Retail Space and location subject to prior approval.
A space of 30sqm-50sqm is required for a Show area, office area and a space for
receiving and storing stock
> Exterior requirements for signage/branding supplied by the National Company
must be visible to the public
> Collection of product orders is the responsibility of the distributor from the nearest
> Distributor should have access to or own an applicable vehicle or a courier service
> Installation Team of at least one technical installer who will be trained by the
National Company
> Installation tools needed for the installation of products as per a specified list
that must be purchased at an estimated cost of R35,000 (part of the R95,000
total cost)

The National Company has prepared an estimate financial projection based on reasonable existing performance of existing distributorships reflecting a pre-tax income of R400, OOO per annum. No royalties are payable.

Based on the initial capital outlay of R95, 000 this provides for an excellent ROI(Return on Investment). The estimated profit above is after allowing for sales commission of R360, 000 pa for a rep and the profit figure can increase if the owner would prefer to retain or partly outsource the marketing and promotional activities.
