Stephan has over 24 years’ experience in the Banking industry and during this time, he progressed from junior, middle management to management level (Branch Manager/Portfolio Manager). 

This exposure provided vast experience in interacting with clients in a sales environment and financial management as well as the behavioural side of client’s expectations in fulfilling their needs in building lasting relationships. 

Stephan is accustomed to interacting with business people on all levels, from junior through to executive. He has refined his skills in dealing with people management, communication, conflict handling and performance appraisals. 

Taking informed decisions and working independently in a team environment have been key to his success and this was achieved by developing self-belief, confidence and an in-depth knowledge of his business while at the same time, knowing his limitations. 

Stephan is the holder of an NQF 5 qualification in finance and he has an excellent understanding of all things financial including strong analytical skills. 

He is of the belief that, whether you’re selling a product or service, it boils down to selling oneself and earning the respect and trust of Clients which culminate in sustained business relationships in the best interests of Client’s business growth.
