Karen has a number of roles within LINK SA which include Group Co-Principal, Co-Principal of the LINK Garden Route franchise and ownership of the Knysna/Plettenberg Bay LINK Franchise.
Over the last 20 years, she has accumulated a broad knowledge of business and business principles. She owned and ran her own real estate business from 2006 to 2007 and understands the pressures and rewards of business ownership. Having grown up and spent all her working life in the Southern Cape, she knows the area and its demands, threats and opportunities very well.
Almost 6 years ago, Karen came into contact with the business broking profession and soon realized her passion for the industry. This resulted in her full-time involvement as Co-principal of the Garden Route franchise and more recently, she acquired the LINK Knysna/Plettenberg Bay franchise and her passion for her work has grown more intense as time has evolved.
Outside of work, most of Karen’s spare time is spent reading motivational and personal growth books and having studied psychology, she has a deep desire for understanding the human psyche and behaviour.
